Pentium G3258 OC help (WARNING: Very noob)

Hello all, I'm trying to OC my Pentium G3258
To get the best temps I'm using h100igtx

First off, in all G3258 guides they can boot a 4.5GHz OC with a 1.25-1.3 Vcore.
I can only boot upto a 4.3GHz OC with 1.3 Vcore, let alone stress test.

I'd like to know if I'm just unlucky and if there are anythings I can do to help the OC.
Im not really familiar with all the Jargon in the BIOS, and just changed the cpu multiplayer and the Vcore.
Im using a ASUS z87 Impact if it helps.

Also, is it possible of still reaching my dream 5.0GHz OC for even 10 minutes?

Thanks!

(Edit: can't even boot 4.3GHz, mustve got lucky the first boot)
(Edit 2: It may be something I'm doing in the BIOS, because when I've booted into a safe 4.1GHz at 1.25 Vcore and ran a stress test, I opened up CPU-Z and Hardware monitor and they both read 0.888 Vcore. But I'm positive I set the Core Voltage 1.25 in the BIOS)
(Edit 3: this is getting weird, as i booted 4.2GHz on 1.25 Vcore. Maybe I'm not actually changing the Vcore I dunno)

(Messed up a Edit and don't know how to delete a post, so this will just have to stay as is)
