Am I using too many slots?

Hi all, i recently got an MSI gtx 980ti lightning edition as well as a PCIe x1 wifi card and added it to my pc. Now some things have been running weird, music stutters every once in a while, any video i play or even the spinning nvidia logo pauses every second for a brief moment, so im beginning to wonder if A:my pci slots usage is too much to handle my gpu wifi card and a regular pci slot sound card. B:my temporary BenQ 1080p display is having some refresh rate issue. C:My overclock is showing signs of damage? I was running the cpu at stock with all Cstates disabled, but I'm back to 4.8ghz HT-on and i get the same little annoying issues. I went from a 980 to a 980ti because i got rid of my 1440p korean monitor to get a 4K monitor. Hence the gpu upgrade. Any thoughts on this folks? I'm not that pc savvy to know what's causing these things. Is my 4790k capable of handling all these peripherals on my pci slots?
Thanks

Run either of the following to see if any drivers are holding up your system:
DPC Latency Checker: http://www.thesycon.de/deu/latency_check.shtml
LatencyMon: http://www.resplendence.com/latencymon
Once again...

Stutters could also dpc latency issues with a bad driver. Not uncommon with wifi cards. Have you used either DPC Latency Checker or LatencyMon

Just in case the 1st post about DPC latency didn't get your attention. ;-)

Thanks guys,
Here is what it came up with. Now, I won't be back for another 8hrs due to work but tonight I can start troubleshooting. It seems like there is a problem with a driver like you both said.
Cheers
