Why? It is interesting, it is informative, and not everyone are investing in stocks and live by the stocks 24/7.
On the same thing, hardware news should be banned because it is not out, and patent news should be banned because it is only a patent and not a product, and pre-alpha-beta-release benchmarks should be banned, and incoming video games should be banned because this is just info, not actual out game, etc etc etc.

You don't get to dictate what is news or not based on your view on one company or another. That is my opinion.
You can (and do) enter any thread with AMD in the title here and see the same information from the source article repeated over and over again.

The 2015 Annual Report is not listed on AMD's investor relations site.

This is stupid because they are talking about the debt like it was something new. I'm sure the suits at Amd took this into consideration. Also in my opinion the investment firm doesn't know the impact that zen will have on the market.Even if zen is meh and nothing special it will stil gain them marketshare.

It's stock manipulation, just as this article published it dropped 3 cents. People are selling because of the article. The stock will drop and someone else will buy because of the manipulation.

Agreed. These people can't even read a basic P&L or understand the difference balance sheet and income statement and now all of a sudden they are finance/accounting gurus.

One big issue with AMD is that bulk of their debt will mature starting in 2019 or 2020 (for the OCN who folks who don't understand what this means, AMD has to pay back the remaining interest and principal on their debt). If AMD doesn't have liquid cash to pay back, it could be in serious trouble. Either they have to renegotiate with creditors to refinance their debt or take more debt out unless it can ramp up its operating income.

How about you read the article before spouting non-sense?

That aside: we don't need Intel to have a monopoly...

Samsung, just buy AMD already!

If that happens they would lose their X86 license, it's not transferable.

The analysis came out several months ago. It was published several times.
The article adds the yearly information on top of it when AMD released their full year revenue.
I doubt that is just pure stock manipulation.
It is like saying that every single article every made about stocks, is a direct stock manipulation.

But I'm sure the economic geniuses of OCN who say "it doesn't matter" or "math doesn't matter", are surely the basis of our economics. No wonder the economics is in such a great shape these days.

The worst for AMD will be over when Solaris and ZEN CPU/APU/HPC is released. It cant get any worse than they been through...On the other side it cant get any better for Intel and especially nVidia than its been for the past few years or so.

Zen/polaris will make more money and give much better competition, seeing what AMD have today on the market, and with Zen and Polaris being built from new, it cant get any worse for AMD. AMD have been competing with 2/4 year old Architectures against the latest from both Intel and nvidia.

So, the question we should also ask is: How well have Intel and nVidia done without competition from AMD for the past few years?
