CPU Frequency test FAIL in Intel Processors Diagnostic Tool

Hello everyone! This my first thread on this site. I can't find anything to help me on the entire internet...
I ran the Intel Processors Diagnostic Tool on my laptop which works well and doesn't show any issues since i purchased it in mid-2014
the IPDT test fails due to the CPU Frequency, I tried to adjust the advanced power management and the settings are fine.
There is the testing status logs:

I know this probably won't help, but I would try it anyway.

Uninstall IPDT and restart your computer. Then re-install. Restart again, and try running it.

You can also click Tools>Config>Edit. You can uncheck everything and see if it will at least check everything else.



I would shoot off a email to Intel, they are pretty good about responding quickly. If the computer is, and has been running fine, not too much to worry over.

I agree, it simply looks like the module didn't execute properly or it would have generated some kind of file. This is probably a "false failure" and you should reinstall the program.
