The entire thing is easily controlled using an Xbox 360 controller (or my Logitech media controller) by anyone in the family while never leaving the couch. It's basically a fully customizable, upgradeable, super console. No one has missed the Xbox 360 or PS3 it replaced in the living room or clamored for an Xbone or PS4, not even the kids. I kinda want a Wii U to go with it, though, LOL.

I could probably upload a video showing how it all looks seamlessly going from one thing to another.

Edit: I'm also using Controller Companion that the poster above mentioned, was using other solutions but it is definitely an easier and superior solution.

I actually wouldn't mind a video on that. Would love to have a way to do my emulators and all that without leaving the couch ('Murica biggrin.gif ).

I love the Xbox one because I have a pc for games I can't get on it or for when I need more horsepower. When I want rock band, DDR, hulu, Netflix, Pandora, vudu, Xbox live marketplace movies and TV and don't want to find a solution to pipe the PC into the living room w/ a kvm switch and a wireless kb+mouse...it works as a perfect living room media device. Especially with the newer ui change from November. It's smooth, crisp response and they are expanding streaming capabilities and such to the windows 10 environment.

Unless you're a die hard ps4 fan or don't have a beefy pc, the Xbox beatsnthe ps4 for all around media IMO.
