Honestly it looks like your files are severely corrupted or something. I would reinstall windows if I were you. Never hurts to reinstall from time to time anyway. thumb.gif

Like I said, the card works flawlessly when I do a system restore, I just can't figure out what makes the drivers go nuts after a while. I think I'll just reinstall my OS, and start from scratch, guess I'll know then if it's hardware or software related, although I believe it's a driver/OS issue.

If anyone has any tips on what may be the cause of this or what I should do, please post here.

Well yes: disable Intel HD graphics 4600 chip in the BIOS settings.
