Fitting a momentary Military Fighter Pilot" PC Toggle switches.

Looking to swap the existing anti vandal power switch to a momentary Military Fighter Pilot PC Toggle switch.
The problem I have is the existing switch hole is 19mm in diameter whereas the toggle switch is only 12.5mm diameter. I was thinking I might make up an acrylic plate with the correct hole size, and then just glue/screw/bolt that plate over the Parvum's original 19mm hole. But my acrylic work is rubbish.

Another thought was a couple of 13mm internal diameter with a 20+mm external diameter washers and put one before and one after the hole. But having difficulty finding the size necessary.

Any other thoughts? I might add I am in the UK.

Look for "fender" washers. They're big washers with small holes.
You can then drill out the hole to whatever size you need. Just google Image fender washer, there are a lot of different styles.

If you want to install multiple switches, the easiest would be some thin aluminum plate glued / screwed to the case.

Thanks for the tip about what type of washer to look for. Trying not to fix it it any way as I will probably sell the Parvum on at next build. Lovely looking cases but a pain to work on or change HDD's for example, almost a complete de=construct every time.

A guy on a another forum kindly made me these but after taking my Parvum apart and removing the anti vandal switch, without noting where which particular colour wire went where. I discovered that the bush on the new missile switch was only 10mm and even using just one of these 3mm acrylic washers on the front I was unable to, with the cover in place, fit a retaining nut. So back to the drawing board.

Another guy suggested Plasticard and another guy is sending me some pieces of Foamalite or Foamex which is only 1mm thick. And I can hopefully make something up myself.
