overclocked 2500k vCore spike

Thread Starter
So last night I was running a prime 95 blend test, everything going well for about 3 hours. Went to bed, got up a couple hours latter, everything still gong fine. Than I got up this morning, and saw my vCore has spiked to 2.7v. Now I'm wondering if it was just a glitch or if my cpu is about to explode. Temps seem fine. Never hit past 70c, and even then that was before i went to bed, so it ran cooler during all that time. Here's some pics (one set shows cpu at load and the others at idle), and my bios info. Any help would be much appreciated!

Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 revision 1.3 motherboard

Multiplier 44x
BLCK at 100.00mhz
BLCK control disabled
System memory multiplier Auto
PMW Auto
CPU Over Current Protection Auto
Internal CPU/PPL over voltage Enabled
Real time OS change Enabled
All power saving stuff Disabled

Multi Step load line level 5
CPU vCore 1.365v [1.335v]
QPI/Vtt 1.050v [1.100v]
System Agent Voltage 0.920v [0.925v]
CPU PLL 1.800v [1.650v]
DRAM 1.500v [Auto]

Thanks for having a look over everything!
