You dont need a 1000 watt PSU for that build its way overkill even with a second GTX 980 Ti added.
A 500 watt PSU could power that system at stock.

First off its for the whole system not the card and second its wrong
Why the AMD and Nvidia power requirements are wrong

The only time you are going to need that 1000 watt PSU if you add another video card overclock both of them and overclock the CPU.
Otherwise you can save money and get a lower wattage but better PSU.

If you are not going to add more video cards or overclock there is no reason to spend money on something you dont need.

I suggest dumping that AIO for a NH-D15 or Cryorig R1 Universal, they perform about the same but are much quieter. You also might want to get a Quad-channel kit of ram since you are going with X99.
