Looking for a new mouse

So I have been using this for a long time http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826161004

And I really need to get something new with software that is properly supported however I have one problem I am having a hard time finding any mouse with the buttons on the side in a similar position and I really love the ease of just rocking my thumb to hit either button.

Anyone know a good mouse that is similar?

I don't think so. Most of the side buttons on mouses are separate. The closest thing to that style of mouse is probably Mionix or Roccat.

Or just buy the mouse again I guess.

The main reason I am looking for a new mouse is that while I love this the drivers and software for it were never supported past vista, which causes problems and annoyances with different games, especially the scroll wheel.

I was looking at the roccat nyth which I could make only have the side buttons I want but still not exactly what I want.
