Well that processor(LGA1156) won't work with that motherboard(LGA1150).

I would read this before I purchase the power supply:

Why to avoid EVGA 600B

You could go with the EVGA 550W G2 for only $15 more after the rebate card.

I think the GTX 580 card requires 600 wat power supply

Slow. I run a slightly higher version for my file server, G3260 and just playing Bluray MKV files to other devices taxes it pretty hard. It is not a good choice for gaming.

Nothing special but get's the job done. Some people frown on them, but as long as you are not pushing them to the max you should be ok. But, at that price point you should be able to get a better quality PSU

600Watt should be plenty.

That one is somewhat mediocre, it will do the job but if you have the $10 to spare I really would recommend the that EVGA I linked, it will perform better than the CX.

If I remember correctly a 580 should be able to be handled buy a good 550w no problem, with room for OCing. Someone can verify that as well but I don't think you need a 600w.

Sure here is a Review about the CPU:

"Pros: -Excellent value, runs cool and stable
- Paired with a GTX 950 I can run ARMA 3 Ultra settings at 35-50fps, Civ 5 Ultra at 65fps, and all of the new Combat Mission games flawlessly, even on huge maps. These are amazing accomplishments for this budget CPU.
- Don't listen to other reviews. 95% of games don't use more than one core yet.

Cons: - None

Other Thoughts: - If you're going to get this, you may as well get a G3258 for another $20 and try to overclock it."
