If I remember correctly a 580 should be able to be handled buy a good 550w no problem, with room for OCing. Someone can verify that as well but I don't think you need a 600w.

According to Geforce:

"Thermal and Power Specs
Maximum GPU Temperature (in C)
97 C
Maximum Graphics Card Power (W)
244 W
Minimum System Power Requirement (W)4
600 W

Supplementary Power Connectors4
One 6-pin and One 8-pin"

- Paired with a GTX 950 I can run ARMA 3 Ultra settings at 35-50fps, Civ 5 Ultra at 65fps, and all of the new Combat Mission games flawlessly, even on huge maps. These are amazing accomplishments for this budget CPU.
- Don't listen to other reviews. 95% of games don't use more than one core yet.

Cons: - None

Other Thoughts: - If you're going to get this, you may as well get a G3258 for another $20 and try to overclock it."

It's a newegg review. Kinda meaningless. You have no idea what resolutions or anything the person is running at. I have ARMA 3 and I don't see those claims as being legit. In fact, total BS at 1080p or higher. User reviews on a website need to be taken with a huge pile of salt.

That is based on estimated total system power by the GPU manufacture. Based on what types of parts they think the card might be paired up with. The total power from the parts you listed with stock clocks and 100% load would be 350-400 watts. Roughly.

I think you need to up your budget or start looking at second hand parts.

Why the AMD and Nvidia power requirements are wrong
Why you should not buy an EVGA 400-600 and 500B-600B
Why you should not buy a Corsair CX

If you are going to ask for advice and then argue over it, you are not really looking help. If you are going with a pentium for gaming the only one worth looking at is the G3258 and OC the crap out of it. But you will want a decent Z97 board too.

As for second hand parts in Canada, look on ebay or craigslist. Or see if there is a free geek in your area.
