Need Some help

Ive built a system this is the first system ive ever build entirely with new parts; ive had small hiccup after small hiccup; and now im stuck at the Overclocking part; i cant achieve anything near the overclock of 4.5GHz id like on My FX-6300 without ridiculous voltage; despite a insane amount of research and tinkering, and come to find out, 80% of most people with the same chip can do that same clock with little over 1.38 volts and at most 1.43 or so, mine requires 1.48 volts just to post at 4.4 Ghz, so ive got to run it at 4.2 Ghz, and it still takes 1.434 Volts to run stable, i did some looking and my Chips VID Is 1.287V, a bit less than average witch screams to me that ive go a sub-par chip at best and ive miserably lost the silicon lottery; so i dont know weather i should RMA And hope i get a better chip, or keep trying?

What motherboard are you using, and what settings?

You're right that no 6300 should need 1.48v for 4.4, but that doesn't necessarily mean you have a bad CPU. Could be a bad motherboard, or more than likely, you just need to tweak some other setting in the BIOS.

P.S. Your screen shots are so low-res that no one could read the information even if they wanted to.

Sorry im kind learning as i go along with this forum thing ill try and repost

im using a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 R5
i know i had all the power saving and C6 State and cpu boost features off in UEFI-BIOS;
Cpu Vcore was like 1.44 at first then lowered to 1.39 was still 1.46 with LLC didn't realize that at the time; so no drastic change there
NB Core was at 1.24
DRAM Stock (Tried bumping it slightly; failed miserably)
north bridge voltage was 1.26
LLC Was at extreme
i didnt change anything else

here; this is what it took to get the cpu to post and not crash druing startup or with in 10 min of stressing; and i pretty sure i had load line cal on extreme

Ive been running it At 4.2 just fine; but if i even go a 1 ghz higher, the voltage it wants gets gradually more and more insane, like it thinks i want 4.8Ghz instead of 4.4 (and yes ive been double checking my clock)
heres it is now at 4.2; its been on 48 hours and ive stressed it for four of those
