Frame rate capping Rise of the Tomb Raider?

Hi

Does anyone know if you can manually cap the frame rate through a ini file or something?

I have a 120/144hz monitor, and even with v-sync enabled my video card is screaming trying to pump out as many frames as it can.

Ideally i'd like to cap it a 60, and have my monitor refreshing at 120. Any ideas?

Scratch that, I get ya now. Pretty sure that's what I did with fallout 4.

Cheers

I capped mine using the FRTC (Frame Rate Target Control) on the crimson control panel.
Just had to manually add the ROTR executable.
It is working perfectly.
