Gigabyte 980 xtreme oc guru and dan issues

Hi, i hope someone can/wants help me. I have problem with this gpu controlling color led cause oc guru 2 don't starts, but the main problem is that the temperature Stay max at 70 degree in gaming an 30 in idle but randomly fans go ultra fast (the sound is like a phon). When this happen programs like afterburner can't read fan rpm and speed and the temperature is near 18 degree. I've tried many os and drivers with no results. My specs are i5 2500k corsair 850 watt Asus genez gen3 16gb ddr3 Kingston. When this fan issues starts there is no way to reduce speed but if you start a benchmark or a game all returns to normal. Can someone help me please ? I have tried also with Maxwell bios reader to reduce fan limits and flash the bios but it wasn't worth. Thanks to all the community, this is my first post sorry for errors.

I noticed the latest OC Guru 2 was giving me a lot of input lag. Maybe there is a conflict with running OC Guru 2 and Afterburner at the same time? That's all I can think of right now.

I can run oc guru only installing Windows in an other hard drive where there are only os oc guru and Nvidia drivers. Im really angry because all softwares Like afterburne evga precisionx gainward and asus oc software works, ALSO AT THE SAME TIME ! But oc guru 2 wich is the only i can use to change color led wont works. Gigabyte support response is "If os is not original oc guru not works". WHAT?!!! all works (os included) but oc guru not ? So i've installed win 10 x86/x64 and Windows 7 x86/x64 originals and same results..... Im tired to try hundreds of drivers while all the others softwares works i hope gigabyte will send me a better solution. Thanks For spend a bit of Your time reading my post man. 😉
