Warm, but not unreasonable. Keep them below 80C.

If the temperatures are dangerously hot and you did not turn off throttling, then your cpu will keep itself safe from completely toasting by throttling when hitting the Tjunction Max value or shutting down the system in the case of thermal runaway.

maybe i should go higher clocks looks voltage allow it but what about my cooling?
currently running noctua d14 with 3x noctua 140mm fan.
trying to keep below 80, maybe my noctua d14 isn't capable any suggestion about new cooler?

If you dip above 80 there is no tragedy, feel free to play around with speeds to determine speed X = temp y under 100% load and keep the end result under 80c.
If you do anything terribly wrong thermally, the CPU will shut itself off before you cause any catastrophic damage. If you just monitor CPU temperature ramp while your load works on the system you should easily be able to shut the load down before the CPU reaches its cutoff since the heat takes some time to saturate the heatsink (without a heatsink, processors overheat in a split second).
