Is rosetta@home the only project that works on android right now? If you have android, tell me which ones are working for you.

The following projects have apps for Android:

I haven't stayed on top of the Android support, because my Android tablet bit the dust.  I do believe that all of those projects currently have work for Android devices, and those projects are all well established projects, that have been running for quite some time.

There is also a nice mix of different scientific disciplines, so you should be able to find something that is interesting.

That's been the case for my benching rig for months now... Two or three months ago it got an "upgrade", with a 1/2" sheet of ArmaFlex between motherboard and cardboard motherboard box (on top of an ancient case I haven't used for years) ^_^

In two months it might even make it off the floor! tongue.gif

I am pretty sure that I have had at least one rig running on a motherboard box at all times for the last 7 years. Currently the box top rig is a bulletproof M4A89GTD Pro/USB3 with a 1055t and a 7970.  :D

Careful with the bulletproof claim, else FullMag might put that to the test devil.gif Was fun to watch those Nokia 3310's be put to the test though!

Collatz is back up and running. biggrin.gif

Seems like Milkyway runs 2x quite fine on the same GPU settings as Collatz does 1x. Changeover was smooth also no lockups or driver failures. Looks like I have found my fire and forget crunchin backup.

Good to go..... thumb.gif

I have always had good luck switching from Collatz to MilkyWay.

Overall output of two MilkyWay tasks at once does outpace a single task, and from what I tested, running anymore than two tasks at once did not noticeably increase total output.  The only thing that I noticed was that total output will increase if you can manage to keep a nice offset on the two tasks.  Usually just pausing one for a bit on start up will be enough to keep the two tasks from running in-sync.  Just be sure to watch your VRM temps, since MilkyWay is a bit harder on the VRMs than the new collatz_sieve tasks.

*Edit*  I'm going to have to get back on MilkyWay, since you just bumped me into 10th place on the team. :D

Actually, I've been thinking that when I get done with my Collatz quest, (#1 is <90 days out) going to MW and pushing the team up onto the top ten leaderboard.

Currently we are 13th, and it looks like an easy task to bump us up to at least 8th.

(I'm penciling out at almost 10 mil a day on MW) A long haul to get to #1, but helping the team into higher spots shouldn't be a problem.
