I'm still using Liquid ultra.

I get its annoying to spread but time well spent if the degrees matter

I have an old syringe of Liquid Pro does it perform worse then Ultra or why wasn`t it as popular as Ultra ? I dont remember was it harder to clean up or something ?

It performs just a little worse than CLU on most applications, performing better when both surfaces are 100% flat. CLP also hardens to a solid over time and attaches itself to things, while CLU remains a liquid.
