You know whats funny is i've had some issue with each iphone i've owned, first was the 4s, power button gave out a month before the 1 year warranty expired so i went and got a "refurbished" phone for free 0 hassle. Not sure why its "refurbished", i think its new cause the shape its in is immaculate. Next was the 5s, same thing happened again shortly before my 1 year expired.
Now with my 6 as soon as i got it i had a screen uniformity issue, with there just being a dark corner, had to shove a little but i got a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement they gave me had a loose home button, like it would wiggle a little if you massaged it with your finger without actually depressing the button. This obviously wasn't right so i had to go to them again to get that resolved, and this was the only time i had to really kick and scream at the apple guys to get them to replace the button which actually also meant an entirely new screen. Finally got a good phone though.
Others may not have had the best experiences with apple, but i find it hard to believe with how painless it is to get some support from them. So long as you're under warranty they serve you with little to no questions asked. It's really nice to have an actual store to go to nearby if something were to ever go wrong and needed servicing. No idea what i'd do with an android phone that may go bust. Would have to reach out to the manufacturer most likely.
