Sory to tell you but you need a new PSU then as the old non modular 80 plus rated Corsair TX is pretty much junk.
Only reason why it has not died or killed anything in your PC yet is because you have not loaded it high enough.

If you do you need to get rid of it.
Why? because ripple suppression on the 12v rail blows and go all the way up to 105mv under full load which is terrible even by standards back in 2007.
Most modern PSU´s are all below 60mv and some of the best ones are as low as 10-15mv.
