Stuck fittings

Thread Starter
Hey all,

So I am putting my loop together and I received a fitting that won't separate, one 90* that won't rotate and the one on the gpu from before won't come off.

Any tips on how to solve that?

I should mention this is my first build.

If this is your first build, I'd recommend air cooling because there is less that can go wrong. I've done a few builds and I still use air cooling because I'm too nervous about leaks.

But anyway, good luck. thumb.gif

If you can't remove them by hand, then you will have to resort to using a tool **very carefully**. Something like mole grip pliers, and using something to protect the surface of the fitting. I can't stress enough how careful you have to be when doing something like this... expect the worst outcome, and make sure you definitely can't use your hands (or someone elses) to remove the fittings, before resorting to tools.

Avoid over tightening fittings in the future.
