Sorry, but it's not getting better temps than D15 did. Your system is getting better temps with CLC than with D15. This is because your is not setup properly for air cooling. No idea exactly why, but when running the D15 I'll bet diamonds to donuts that the D15 intake air temp was significantly higher than room ambient.
We really don't care who uses CLC. All we are saying is CLC are definitely not 'better' than air, are 'louder' than air, 'cost more' than air, and will not lst as long as an air cooler. If you wnat water get a water cooling kit and do it right instead of buying over-priced wannabee water CLC.
Worth noting that HTL's test are based on dB, i.e. measuring best performance at measured volume:
