SQL Connection help

Thread Starter
Have a SQL server reporting service that communicates and pulls data from clients. Everything works fine except for one particular site/client won't connect properly seems like the traffic is just going one way to them. Looked at port 1433/Firewall/Authentication rules etc... Can't seem to find the source of the problem. Has anyone ever had a problem like this or have any suggestions?

Thanks for your help. Issue was resolved. Client's IT had to redo the firewall/port settings because they had changed their NIC/IP.
