Hi, guys!

I do want Jonsbo UMX4 in alu silver (is it painted actually??) but not sure whether to take with glass panel or not. What would you recommend? (which construction is actually better)

Thanks.

The only benefits of the glass panel are the look and that its see through. Construction wise its more fragile and heavier than a solid alu panel.

Thanks for the answer, will think of my choice again. The solid alu panel takes me back to old mac pro.

Actually the website says that the glass version is much lighter: 4.15 KG over 7.1 KG

PS. Greetings from West Vlaanderen

I think you got the models mixed up, the solid panel UMX4 is 7.2kg and the windowed UMX4 is 9.3kg.

P.S. Greets from Vlaams Brabant. tongue.gif

Well, got the Cooltek/ Jonsbo/ Rosewill W1, the silver windowed version.

That's incredibly easy to build in, especially coming from a Node 304 and having tried my hands on a Raven RVZ01. It's of course bigger, but the 140mm intake and outake make this rig... Eh... Better than the node temperature wise? I've forgot to make measurements...

This case is NICE !

It's so nice that my girlfriend, who doesn't agree with my slightly overly interrest in computers on which you can not only type texts but game on it said it was a nice case...

Congrats on the GF-approved build! The W1 is so elegant and efficient. Now you just need to build a matching W2 for yourself. biggrin.gif

Just ordered this case from eBay, I'll let you guys know how it is, looks a lot like the jonsbo at half price. 👍

Have you got a link to the item on eBay? Curious about that for a small build I need to do.

I think those were intended to be In Win 900 series rip-off's.

There are a bunch of them, one's called the Modecom Alfa, not sure which model the one in the pic is.
