VR1 and 2 are looking REALLY nice as well. Damn it, I was going to keep my W2 for some time but they are making it a bit hard.

I'm worried about the 90ºC gpu performance, though. Many heatpipes do not like to work in that position.

This was mostly an issue on older heatpipes, the newer ones have wicks that allow them to perform almost as well in any orientation.

Its a shame the VR2 isn't a tad longer, would've got one if you could fit a 360mm rad in the bottom.

Since manufacturers never specify the type of heatpipe they use... you would basically be in their hands every time you buy a gpu that features heatpipes.

That would be more a VR3. Never know it might happen.

I'd try RM4 S, but it would take too much to wait. Maybe later... Here's my current setup with UMX4

1. Cooltek UMX4 (it's soo cool and sweet!)
2. 650 Watt Corsair RMx Series RM650x Modular 80+ Gold
3. Asus X99-A II Intel X99 So.2011-3 Quad Channel DDR4 ATX Retail
4. Intel Core i7 5820K 6x 3.30GHz So.2011-3 WOF
5. Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2
6. 16GB (4x 4096MB) HyperX FURY Black DDR4-2400
7. 256GB Samsung 950 Pro M.2
8. 6144MB MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X

A newbie question: if I want to install Corsair H100i v2 (240 mm) cpu fan in UMX4, do I need to remove 2x120mm default jonsbo top fans for that?
I'm asking because the case manual tells me to install 240mm water cooler to the bottom of the case.

Thanks for answer!

e

Install it in the top of the case with the fans in push and move the case fans at the bottom.

1. But wouldn't be too much noise of 4 fans in such a sandwitch?

2. Is the option to replace case fans with corsair H100i valid actually?

The h100i v2 is 55mm thick with standard fans and will not fit the top of the case. (52mm clearance)

Umx4 comes with 2 20mm fans that can be attached to the radiator instead of the corsair ones. The corsairs can then be installed at the bottom
