Help! Gtx970 SSC ACX2.0+ Custom Bios = Lower Clocks?

I have a EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0, and I really, really need help finding the problem here:

So on stock bios, I'm able to reach ~+90 (+100MHz when hitting the voltage cap) on Core Clock.
But after flashing my bios with both DeathAngel74's bios or Zoson's bios, Heaven and Kombuster freeze my PC at like +70 (I've tried stock voltage, +45mV, and +100mV).
On stock bios, it really only crashes the program. The custom bios does work on stock clocks though.
Can anyone help me? Should I just revert back to the stock bios?

Also: with DeathAngel74's bios, the voltage seems to be stuck at 1.243mV no matter where I set the overvoltage or Power limit.

With my bios +90 or +100 would be 1621MHz or 1631Mhz. Even +70 would equal 1601Mhz. max boost without adding to the core is 1531.5 @ 1.243v. Try it without adding to the core. +0core, +0 memory, only max out voltage, power target and temp limit. We just finished playing SW:BF for 3 hours. No crashes or freezing. Also try Heaven, Valley, Firestrike and Catzilla. Not Kombuster or Furmark.

It works fine with stock clocks. It's just that I'm not able to reach the same clock speeds as before. It lock my pc at +70
