As far as I can tell, the H drive is not pointing to any actual disk at all, can someone please help explain to me why there's 'nothing' being pathed to drive H?

Do you have a card reader installed? Disk emulation software like Daemon Tools or Nero?

That can also happen if you have a funky piece of equipment like a keyboard with a multi-card reader or the like, or a printer with a built in card reader.

Well I guess I have an SD card reader now.

It's weird cause the only thing I changed for this to show up on my computer is windows 8.1 home to windows 8.1 pro

Thanks a bunch for the suggestion it was an SD card, it was kinda driving me nuts
