Advice on a new CPU cooler for my 2600K?

Alright , so my dang cpu fan is going out ( Zalman CNP9500 ) and I need to replace it. Was thinking about maybe one of the all-in-one water cooled setups , or maybe just a better fan of some type?

I know a lot of you guys have tried every fan known to man , so I figured I'd ask what you have had the best luck with.

I have everything put into a CM storm trooper case , so I don't know what my options are as far as using an all in one cooler.

For watercooling definitely Swiftech, for air cooling Gelid Tranquilo (if you can fit it) or for a higher price mark the beQuiet Dark Rock or Noctua NH-D14/15.

Whats your budget?

Well , my budget isn't really set in stone. I have the CPU OC'd to 4.5 and the Zalman CNP9500 has done a great job of cooling it so far. I was thinking of maybe trying to replace the fan on the Zalman , but it looks like it'll be a pain to do that with the way it's put together. I'd like my next cooler to be a little more user friendly , and be able to replace the fans if they start having issues.

After doing a bunch of reading , it seems the all-in-one water cooler coolers don't really preform to much better than the air coolers , but they can get pretty spendy. The beQuiet Dark Rock and the Noctua NH-D14/15 look to be pretty impressive.
