I have to add a psu but I don't know which would be better around 60-70€/$.

My goal is a good build with plenty of storage for 1080p contents and on top of that allows future upgrade with a gpu able to handle HEVC, 4K contents and mid-range gaming.

Is this the usual ya know always on system? Or are you planning on only powering on during actual use?

Because if you are going for an always on system like most folks HTPC builds maybe go for a WD RED instead of the BLUE.
Just a sincere opinion.

Not 24/24h but enough to fill my hdd biggrin.gif
Good question about red or blue. I've picked a blue one considering that will be used also for gaming.
Would wd red be good the same for that target? I've never used one but yes, if it is, maybe would be better.

Id go for A10 series with that MOBO. It has a good integrated GPU.
Anw WD reds, if its a NAS build.

I know but in my country is 30$ more expensive and at this point it should be worth it buy an i3 6100 because I've already an i7 skylake on my main rig and I can swap the two ones when I need.

Now I'm considering these builds:

A)
- Fractal Node 304
- WD60EZRZ Wd Blue or red 6Tb HDD
- Noctua NH-L9i
- Intel® Core i3-6100 or FX6300
- Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H or AM3+ mobo
- Rii Mini i8 Wireless
- Kingston HyperX Fury Kit DDR4 8GB, 2x4 GB or DDR3 (with am3+).
- Kingston 120GB SSDNowV300 - 2,5"

B)
The same of A except the raven rvz01. I'm looking also for this build because I learned the node 304 doesn't support many modular psu with some gpu, I guess only the semi modular seasonic G series but can a 960 fit in without locking the connectors?

To backup the internal hdd I'll buy an external one, is not the best way but I'd have a compact rig and more choice for my future gpu. It won't work 24h so won't need of any raid.

What's your advice?

I would for sure go with the i3 6100, it comes with the Intel HD 530 iGPU which allows HEVC hardware decoding/encoding which is important now and will be even more so in the future. I would probably also spend a little more on a motherboard with an HDMI 2.0 connector so you can do 4k @ 60hz. They are typically on higher priced z170 boards. Even if you do not have a 4k display now, it will be nice to have the option available.

If you would rather do HEVC through a discrete GPU, the GTX 950 or 960 are your only choices with full HEVC hardware decoding and HDMI 2.0 connectors. Getting one of those, you can pretty much use whatever cpu/chipset you want.
