Hello,
When I log into my computer everything is fine.....FOR 5 MINUTES. THEN using file explorer to open My Computer or navigate anything on the left pane gives me white system icons. and It becomes sluggish when loading My Computer, nothing comes up. I researched online and all I could find was delelting the icon/thumbnail cache file in Username>Appdata>Local. This only works FOR 5 MINUTS too, or not at all. I just did a fresh install and put all my audio programs and plugins and adobe apps. I don't want to reinstall and do that over.
Would appreciate feedback or help. Reps given. Thank you! BTW Using programs and doing everything else works fine.

Then they are probably extremely busy doing important work.

see task manager and whats using them?
also use crystaldiskinfo to see if there are any smart errors.

Everything seems fine there. I tried lowering my overclock. Maybe I should try without any extra drives attached?

So if its files that are corrupted, that would have to do with Windows itself right? What program can I use to see which files are bad?
