performance pcs experience, and bitpower fittings issue.

So, about performance pcs, i ordered tons of fittings for my new custom loop, received the package this morning and i got 4x dual rotary 90 degree compression fittings missing, so i can't finish my loop today. Called them and asked what happened, they told me to check the packing slip and email it to them so i did and noticed that the missing fittings are not checked in the packing slip, i concluded that the missing items are not actually missing but rather out of stock, the question is why in the world did they charge me the full amount and why do i have to email them the packing slip? Aren't those supposed to be in their records?

Not to defend them in any way but from my understanding PerformancePCS is actually a very small business run by very few hands. So I doubt they have their business model ironed out even though they should by now since they have been around for a few years now.

It's their standard procedure, to send them a picture of the packaging slip and the parts. I don't think anyone here knows how exactly their process works, but there's plenty of reports of such issues being resolved. It is my experience with them as well. They made a mistake. Work with them, and they'll fix it.

I just can't understand, they know they did not ship me those missing 4 items as it is indicated in the packaging slip, why do i have to prove that they did not ship those? Plus don't they have copies and records of what they send out?

Are you expecting someone on this forum explain you how exactly PPCs works behind the scene, or why you should do any of this?

By repeatedly asking the same question over and over again? OK.

Wasting my time, apparently. Best of luck.
