i5 750 3,8GHz OC/ Gigabyte P55-UD3 - RAM settings

Hello

Specs

CPU: Intel Core i5-750 /2.66GHz (3,8GHz OC) LGA1156
RAM: G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) 1600MHz CL9 RL
MOBO: Gigabyte P55-UD3 /intel P55, Dual DDR3-2000, GLan/
GPU: Radeon R7 250X

Currently I have only 2x2 GB RAM(not kidding) so I would like to upgrade my old PC a bit. I am going to buy this RAM Crucial DDR3 Ballistix Sport 8GB/1600 (2*4GB) CL9-9-9-24 and now I would like to find out how to set it correctly.

What should I do? Should I change CL, SPD and BCLK? I will post images from BIOS if needed.

My current RAM:

Should I remove old RAM or just add new one to the other slots? I have this PC since 2010 so it is 6 years old.

You should be fine leaving timings at 'Auto', but change the speed to 1600MHz (or th closest setting to it).

Tell me exactly which one postion I should change.

Try it out, with all RAM sticks.

Change only "System Memory Multiplier (SPD)". It's currentl 6.0 and times BLCK (200) you have 1200MHz currently, which is written below the setting. So, SPD should be 8.0 for 1600MHz.

You should probably set timings to 9-9-9-24 and see how it goes. DIMM voltage is already 1.65V as it should be

I tried right now to change SPD to 8.0 and it doesn't start up but I didn't change CL. I will try with CL9.

Edit:

Ok it works with 9-9-9-24 and SPD 8.0.

ONE MORE THING

In CPU-Z in memory command rate is 1T, in SPD is 2T. Is it correct?
