Dreammachine DM1 pro mouse review - Page 73

So my dm1 pro arrived today and i must say this thing is awesome and im a very happy customer smile.gif

Product feels quality and has a nice coating similar to the zowie fk2 coating. No rattle or any other issues for me. Clicks are nice and i actually like the scroll wheel however, it is a bit hard to click the scroll wheel in but i can live with that.

I really want to try the 500hz flash as thats what ive always played on, 1000hz on mice just feels floaty to me for some reason.

Any update on the software returning polling to back to 1000hz if i change my mind?

EDIT: To anyone who has triec the 500hz mod, how does it fair to 1000hz on this mouse in terms of stability and feel?

Are there any coupons or rebates active? I know they had a Newegg $15 off promo not long ago.

It feels about the same to me actually, I use to play on 500hz and have played on 1000hz. Maybe there's a bit of a snappier feel to it? Either way I was unable to tell.

Is this mouse too small for a 19.5 CM hand claw-fingertip hybrid grip?

No it is not. I had no issue with the mouse in any grip at all. I primarily play palm(Currently Claw though with my G303), so my answer merelt extends from just test holding the mouse in different grips. Playing in those grips for long periods of time is a different story. So from those test holds you should be most certainly ok.

Anyone have this and an FK1? I'm looking for a very similar shape to the FK1 (very low profile), but a tad bit wider, less stiff shell, and a lower click latency. Would this be a good fit?

The butt of the DM1 is wider and rounder. Overall the mouse is wider than the FK1. It's definitely less stiff too.

The DM1 is a direct copy of the humble Xai/Sensei shell.

Does anyone with fairly large hands use this? And if so with which grip style?
I grip somewhere between palm and finger tip (~20cm hands) and hard to tell without trying it whether it will be okay.
Also how does the dm1 pro compare to the fnatic flick g1? (assuming they fix the LOD at some point...)
