it's trivial to not have smoothing. just don't smooth the data

e.g.
mlt04
am010 with certain settings
etc...

but srom stuff is out of the control of odm's and these small companies

So do you have additional MCU level smoothing like the finalmouse does? I doubt anyone wants that and most people here would prefer the mouse with no smoothing whatsoever. Please clarify if its 0 smoothing or close to 0.

This product is from the same people FinalMouse use.

Yes that's what makes me wary. And scream 1 is supposed to have 0 smoothing (at least based on Jude's claims), so IDK why this is gonna be close to 0 if they both use holtek mcus.

finalmouse claimed it's using nxp stuff, not holtek, for s1

Should not let this hold you back. If you like the shape you will be good. Some smoothing will not make or break your aim like that.

3360 shouldn't be any different

What did you do to achieve that speed?

Actually been through round 15 mice in the last year and even a small amount of smoothing seems to break my aim (or at least mess it up in certain specific areas). Mainly play csgo and I can't a-d-a-d and aim at the ends of the strafes at all on any mouse that has smoothing while locking heads at the ends of strafes are super ez on the 402 for eg even though I cant hold the mouse without pain. Making tiny adjustments and tracking moving people at long range seem super hard on anything that has smoothing but instantly locking on to stationary targets is perfectly fine. I think higher sensitivity users are more affected by smoothing than lower sensitivity. I've nothing to back that up with just something I've felt when using 3310 mice.

g402, 502, taipan 3500, newmen gx1 plus, da 3.5g, rival 100 all feel fine while any zowie, rival 300, newmen gx1 pro, castor, da 2013 all feel very hard to aim with esp at range on moving targets.

I love the shape coming from the xai and sensei but I think I'll be spoiled for choice anyways with the scream1, revel and this coming out soon. Joined the drop for the revel already. I think I'll wait for reviews on this.

oh yes, my bad

I feel like people are dissing Holtek for no reason as smoothing is not somehow 'inherent' to their MCUs. Holtek provides a wide range of MCUs, ranging from ARMs (Cortex M3) to OTP MCUs. However, it seems to be true that smoothing usually comes with Holtek -based mice since they are most likely used by that one ODM with engineers who implement smoothing for an unknown reason. There might be other ODMs using Holtek without smoothing though.

Finally i got mine ...
Excellent pick for former users of 1.1 and Sensei

This is on top of what I already tested.... (personal opinion, since I am addicted to mice with the same shape of intelli 1.1)

*Already tested fk1, EC2, ZA12, 550M, DA, Krait, Rival and Sensei...
