Any suggestions for a light weight, mATX, silent, high quality case for around $150?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions for a light weight, mATX, high quality case for around $150. My current candidates are the antec P50 and corsair air 240. But i'm really in love with the NZXT s340 and Corsair 400Q (which are kind of heavy and ATX cases).

Would prefer something less than 10 pounds (weight). I've heard not so good things about the P50's construction but i got to see it in person and it feels okay.

I'm in love the the NZXT s340 (love the lack of 5 inch bays) and Fractal Design Define Nano S (seems awesome overall). But the former is large and heavy and the latter is only Mini ITX. So far, it seems ITX cases get a lot of love but i can't use an itx motherboard (just not enough features).

The Define Mini Is old, pricey and very heavy(defeats the purpose of my mATX build). It also has 5 inch bays which i don't need.

I haven't looked much into Lian Li or Silverstone (or any Taiwanese/Asian) manufactures since their lineups are usually confusing and convoluted (and somewhat ugly designs) but if anyone has any suggestions please do tell!

Also, The lightish-weight is a requirement because i'll be carrying this computer around and my Antec 900 is too unwieldy (any annoying to work in). And it should be reasonably silent since ill be using it at night for work.
