They already have a subscription service. In order for you to upload files that are greater than 2 hours, you need to pay. The problem with soundcloud is that ever since they got bribed from RIAA, they have gone down the crapper and their so called copyright system inappropriately flags tracks. If you post a mix, it flags it as a breach of copyright, hell even if the track is similar it will flag it and this is why people are put off from soundcloud.
