The Corsair 600Q is a whacky case, need advice on my current set up

I really dont have much to play with here, its an inverted case that benefits from 140mm intake fans yet has a lot of gaps especially at the bottom so I am going negative pressure for the 1st time, I am guessing its the reason they only offer you a 3rd fan in the box not preinstalled because they know its not a positive pressure case despite all reviewers treating it as one.

Anyway here are some pics:

I am worried about:

  1. Noise from the back fan being too big and up against solid metal
  2. Water level not reaching the tube leading to the card, the pump is in the card btw. Would it be best I mount the radiator 90 degrees from where it is now?

The fan at the back should be fine since the blades aren't actually touching the metal frame.
And it really wouldn't matter where you mounted the GPU radiator the pump is powerful enough and the tubing run is short, but you can move it up 90 degrees if it's aesthetically pleasing to you.
