We'll return with a deep dive into SF5's graphics options on PC stacked up in depth against the PS4's presentation, but in the meantime, the ability to share replays between both systems allows us to produce this real-time gameplay comparison. It's pretty neat!

Why you MUST run PC Street Fighter 5 at 60fps

Quote:
Street Fighter 5's gameplay is tied to 60fps gameplay - and bad things happen if your hardware can't keep pace. It's time for a pre-release PC hardware test and here we cover GTX 750 Ti and GTX 950 at the value end of the market, moving on to GTX 960 vs R9 380 and GTX 970 vs R9 390 for those with a bit more cash to splash on their GPU.

Street Fighter 5 PS4 vs PC Low/Medium/High/Max Settings Comparison

This game is amazing! I can't wait for it to launch in a few hours!

Having cross-platform play is a real game changer! Thank you Capcom! biggrin.gif

cool stuff, but I hate the Depth of Field in the PC version. Is there an option to turn it off?

I can't remember from when I last played the Beta, I'll have to check when it launches. There was a decent number of graphical settings though.

Some game settings are very easy to decide for me :

- Chromatic Aberration
- Depth of Field
- Motion Blurr
- Vignette

all instantly turned OFF

Why anyone likes effects that blur the game is beyond me. I never thought that any of those effects were a good substitution for those effects compared to how I perceive it in real life thumb.gif

Too much Hollywood overlap into video games, like that stupid lens flare in BF3 and BF4, as well as Splinter cell blacklist which can't even be turned off.

What cross platform? I hate how this is somehow seen as a feature, or given a pass because its "console" based. Consoles are just, and have been just standardized computers, and people have accepted the notion that all players should have the exact same experience on this particular computer.

There has never been any technical limitation which would prevent PS4 with PC with XBOX, it has always been a financial / business decision to create demand.
