Antec 1200 v3 Replacement

Thread Starter
I am getting a Noctua NH-D15S for a new build I ordered, and it is marginally taller than my current Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme, which already requries I remove the case fan on the door of the case. So, any ideas if the Noctua will fit? My measurements suggest I may have a millimeter or two to spare even with the Noctua, but in case that doesn't turn out to be true I need a replacement recommendation.

Requirements:
* 2-5.25" external drive bays (3 preferred, but two will do if there are built-in fan controllers that can operate a couple 38mm Deltas)
* Room for 1 - 5.25" HDD and at least 2 - 3.5" SSDs
* USB 3.0 front panel ports (USB 3.1 preferred)
* More room for cable management behind the motherboard trey than my current Antec 1200 v3 offers
* The ability to mount a 120mm radiator (such as is included with the AMD R9 Fury X) on the back of the case
* PSU on the bottom of the case (I think this is all but standard now, but still)

Unfortuantely, I don't see anything available except designer cases, and I am not in the mood to spend $400 on a case. The Thermaltake Chaser A71 or Coolermaster HAF X look like they may work if the clearance requirement given includes the door case fan, so I'm not exactly sure enough to buy it. I am also not too keen on having USB 2.0 in the front since those ports are effectively useless for any new motherboard (including the one I bought). I am also not a fan of the blocky Lian Li style cases. See the following post for my updated list of candidates.

Thoughts or suggestions? Confirmations that my Antec 1200 v3 will in fact work?

I have assembled these possibilities, but none provide a purely USB 3.0+ front panel (so I'd still have wasted USB 2.0 ports showing), and I'm not sure they'd all work with a Fury X since most don't have dual fans on the rear, of which one could be replaced. I also don't like the red themes on some so I'd have to purchase replacement fans or otherwise disable the LEDs in the ones in the case.

NZXT Phantom 820 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146097

Where exactly would I mount the radiator for the Fury X on these, for those with similar situations?

The Phantom 820 from NZXT is what I would lean towards given the integrated fan controller and theme. I would have to remove the side fan, but I could mount it outside of the case if I really need one.

Thoughts, anyone? I got the ASUS Sabertooth X99 delivered today, and it actually does have USB 2.0 headers so I guess they wouldn't be wasted on these cases, though why use USB 2.0 anymore since 3.0 is backwards compatible? In any case, I'm still leaning towards the Phantom 820 unless someone can tell me the fan controller on it stinks or something.

I would go with the Phanteks case. They have some outstanding cases. I am not sure about rad compatibility on that specific case, but if you go on their site they should have a manual that displays all the options.

I'm just not sure I can deal with the blockiness of it all. I ended up going with the Phantom 820, in large part because of how the drives are situated so everything is hidden. Hopefully I don't regret the decision.

I don't think you will, it's a good case too. I love blocky cases, but just personal preference
