Go back thousands of years and get into a situation where you are confronted by a male that outweighs you by 50 pounds of muscle because he had proper fats and animal based proteins in his diet. You would rethink your stance.

Just look up who lives the longest in the US. It is Seventh Day Adventists in Loma Linda California. They are vegan. I'm adventist too but just don't eat pork or other unclean meats. You don't need meat to survive or be your best.

Appeal to authority + poisoning the well, which is why having a fair and logical discussion with you is impossible.

That's another problem with 'scientists'. They can't think straight anymore. Every scientist should be routinely given philosophical reasoning tests to ensure they don't draw bogus conclusions due to their own bias.

You're the one whom it's impossible to have a fair and logical discussion with. You have a mindset of what you want to believe and anything anyone says to the contrary will be dismissed as government and/or corporate corruption, or sheep unable to think for themselves, or scientists not being able to do science properly.

Additionally, drawing improper conclusions is not a matter of philosophy. It's a matter of peer review and statistics.

I dismiss anything to the contrary? Ha. The hypocrisy is high with this one.

Also, you can draw different conclusions with the exact same data, depending on what your assumption is. Peer review nor statistics solve this issue.

Here's an example;
https://youtu.be/VNqNnUJVcVs?t=3m40s
Watch from 3:40 to 5:03

And before I get claims that I believe in flat earth or whatever, because I'm quite sure you people are capable of such harassment even though that was not the point, this was just to show how the exact same math can be viewed for evidence of two completely different perspectives. It doesn't prove nor disprove neither. That's why philosophical reasoning skills are important. It allows you to view and filter for these things.

The fact that you don't know this shows how much you've delved into reasoning, and of your own reasoning skills.

Define irony, Criticize a person for being unable to "have a fair and logical discussion" by pointing out a logical fallacy then proceed to use a logical fallacy (ad hominem).

EDIT:

Do you like questionable studies on vegetarians?

If so, it's your lucky day! In a new analysis from Seventh Day Adventist researchers, results were published of a 6 year diet study that followed 70,000 people. And the big news, according to the study, is that male vegetarians have a 12% lower chance of dying than meat-eaters.

Wow! Impressive!

There's just one problem: to get that claim, the Adventist researchers had to call people "vegetarian" who actually eat fish ("fish-eaters") or who actually eat meat from time to time ("semi-vegetarians").

When you take the fish-eaters and meat-eaters out of the study's "vegetarian" group and put them in the "non-vegetarian" group where they belong, the "12% lower chance of dying" thing goes away.

bummer.

Ugh... Another one that doesn't understand fallacies. I didn't personally attack anyone. I stated an observable and actually tested phenomenon that is well known among philosophers.

Correction. You generalized a an entire profession about their thought process without citation. You discredit them based on preconceived short comings which should be irrelevant to the claims made. That's pretty text book ad hominem.

That portion of the video is based on one limited set of data and faulty assumptions that would be cleared up by other observations, like satellite imagery and measurements of the sun from other perspectives besides Earth.

What are you suggesting is the limited perspective in the case of the topic at hand?
