[ByteMeDev] WOLF v0.3588 (x86-x64) Released - New Version, New Features, Better Error Handling - Page 3

This program would definitely be handy for when you fresh install or update build on windows 10 and you don't want to download various programs/commands (Core parking and telemetry) and can just use WOLF on a usb drive to do it all in one sweep.
Is there any chance of you adding a tab maybe to uninstall windows 10's default applications in a list? (Maybe including the option to actually to delete the apps folder under C:\Program Files\Windowsapps\ )

New release!

Targeting those with errors and adding two new tools. Disabling Windows 10 telemetry (OS level) and delete the DiagTrack / Telemetry log file.

Direct download for v0.3586 (x86-x64)!

When I launch WOLF, I often see that there's an updated version (3586) on the very bottom of the program (center) that says Latest Version, but once I click that and then click Get Newest Version, it takes me to this page - http://www.bytemedev.com/programs/wolf/wolf-current/ and that page only shows current version, not the new version, which makes me and I think other people think that a new version isn't out or there's a bug I eventually figured out that if I click on BYTEMeDev in the lower right corner, which actually shows a CURRENT version (3585), then it takes me to http://www.bytemedev.com/ page that does have the new version available. I really Really REALLY think that you got those 2 links switched. It would make sense to provide a link to http://www.bytemedev.com/ for middle-bottom link that says "Latest Version" and provide the latest version number (which is already does, so no need to change anything else there). Then on the bottom-right corner for BYTEMeDev there should be the current version of the program (which is already shown, so no change needed there) and the link to http://www.bytemedev.com/programs/wolf/wolf-current/ , which takes you to the current page.

Ideally, I think the version number (only version number) should be displayed in some corner, maybe like it does now, and when a new version comes out, it should change colors (from white to yellow) and says "New v3586!" or "Get New v3586" - I am sure you can think of better ways.

P.S. I'd also put the version info in Info -> About Wolf and remove the "I Made This!" to make it more professional.

What are your plans of removing Telemetry? You would have to use settings from like 3 or 4 different Anti-Spy programs (O&O ShutUp) and custom Firewall rules. Even all that won't completely get rid of MS spying though... IMHO, there should be basic Anti-Spy settings in WOLF, but any further and it will be less "Lore-Friendly" to what WOLF does if you know what I mean. A separate program for Anti-Spy would be best, IMHO. "WOLF Defender" would be a great name for it with a mean wolf's head picture somewhere...

EDIT: In 3586, "Modify Hosts File" still doesn't do anything for me...

Latest version is 3586, I just hadn't updated the other two pages.

If modify hosts isn't working, are you getting any message or error at all?
