Yeah it does look great. Sadly they went with 30fps for the game since they couldn't get the PS4 to get the game running at 60fps, but it should still be a fun ride for a weekend to play through.

this thing was blown out of proportion. people in this business usually have thousands of images on their computers and as browser favorites, they are constantly browsing tons of artwork websites for inspiration and to be used as reference etc. in creation internal art is used as well as tons of external art indirectly. video editor or someone else down the line just a made mistake and this image slipped in, that's all. they apologized for the mistake and they fixed it. move on. and now the crappy borefest assassin's creed game will even get some exposure thumb.gif

Looks gorgeous.
While PC is nice being open and all, it gives less reasons for developers to push hardware like that sadly.
Good i am planning to get a PS4 somewhere in the future. thumb.gif

Why do you sound like you are personally insulted? It is funny that you trying to take the moral highground and calling me out over a single post where I pointed out what happened and you blow it out of proportion and then you go on and insult Assassin's Creed in your next sentence although they actually had their image used.

If I took a guess then I'd assume you are a Naughty Dog fanboy for being so overly protective of Uncharted 4.

I know it's not a big deal, but actually I always thought of Naughty Dog as "perfectionists" who put a lot of effort into every small detail and I am somewhat disappointed that something like this slipped. CGI sequences are something that you work on for more than just a couple of hours and watch over and over again.

I heard that ND actually has an ex-Ubisoft artist... this is the internet afterall, but I wonder if this is true and if this person had anything to do with it. (Edit: Apparently it's the same artist who did the original image, not that Ubi doesn't own the rights though)

Anyway, I'm glad they chose 30 fps for SP. I'll gladly sacrifice the extra 30 fps for better image quality in any game, any platform, any day. I don't play MP, so I don't care what they do with that.

I can read between the lines.

I shouldn't have bothered with the likes of you in the first place so whatever it doesn't even matter.
