Air cooling help

Hello, I have a case that is very similar to the ncase m1. I am using the noctua nhl9i for the cpu and was wondering how to configure other fans with it.

This photo shows two fans and im not sure why its orientated that way, can someone explain to me what good positioning of the fans would be intake vs blowing etc.

What case is it? What all do you have in it?

Here is my case, it's a custom case that I ordered from china. Essentially the exact same layout of the ncase m1.

Those aren't my parts, so far I've acquired an nhl9i and i've been looking at other people's builds to get an idea of how they are utilizing it. A lot of the cases I see are the example I posted above in the first comment. I would guess that the fan on the rear of the case would be blowing hot air out but thats not what I have been seeing, I've been seeing people orient the fan to blow cool air in over the nhl9i and im confused as to why.

The top of the case only has a vent for psu, the front has a 120mm fan, the bottom has an 80mm fan for the gpu fan and space for one fan on the rear
