So I plan on upgrading my displays around now and plan to mount this 40" tv up on the wall in front of me. The tv would be used for videos, shows and playing games like Assassins Creed, the Wither and pretty much anything single player that I can play with a controller.

Then I plan on getting a Nixeus Vue 24" 1920x1080 144Hz, AMD FreeSync, 1ms, Adaptive-Sync Monitor as my center monitor This would be used for fps gaming (csgo, bo3, battlefield) Also some rocket league.
Then I plan on getting 2 ASUS VN248Q-P 23.8" Full HD 1920x1080 IPS monitors as side monitors, these would be used for productivity and video editing and photoshop no gaming.

The dimensions of the two types of monitors are different and I plan on mounting these with a EZM Deluxe Triple Monitor Mount Stand Desktop Clamp

I was wondering what you guys think of this idea? Would getting 2 types of monitors be stupid? Would having the middle monitor be a tn annoy me? Would be hard to work on a side monitor when video editing and not on the center one because my gaming monitor is centered? Do I even need an ips monitor or should I just get 2 regular monitors? (Because not having all 3 ips might bother me?)

Any other ideas for around the same price range for a display setup? The price of this setup is $1,100 including the mounts and cables.
The price could be $900 if instead of getting 2 ips monitors I got one and used my older 24 inch dell tn monitor as my third display so I would have 1 tn normal 1 isp display for work and one gaming monitor. Thought opinions? What would you do?
I know people don't like unmatched monitors but what if im doing more than just gaming or working? Like both?
I do have the choice and ability to choose though sooo...
Picture of current setup:

EDIT:
Currently I think i'm gonna go with the 1 gaming monitor, 1 isp monitor, then use the dell 24" 1080p monitor I already have as my third monitor and mount a tv above all three monitors.
I would mount the 3 monitors with one of those 3 monitor desk clamp mounts.
With the extra money im gonna get a m50x headset and a modmic to replace my hyperx cloud II
Opinions?

Probably TV:

55x810c Sony = $ 799 yesterday, tax free, ebay, buydig = well rounded, 4:4:4

M60-C2 Vizio = 4:2:2 only, $ 699, walmart, YMMV = good input lag, larger, cheap

Maybe get lucky with a JS8500 on clearance for ~$ 1000; before all 2016 Sammys are available in the market.

At that price range I'd settle for a single 2560x1440 144Hz display since the high refresh rate ultra wides are out of that price range.
