Help me choose.

Okay so I killed my sensei recently (dropped on concrete floor)
And I got another mouse Cougar 250M its a pretty nice mouse just cannot make it comfortable in my hands.. No matter how much card and tape I use.

So I'm looking into another.

MAX $70 AUD.

Current running is

CM Xornet II
Razer Abyssus
Corsair Raptor M45
Corsair Katar
SteelSeries Rival 100
SteelSeries Kana V2
Zowie FK14
Logitech G402
Tt eSPORTS Saphira
CM Storm Alcor
CM Storm Recon

I have large hands and use a claw-ish grip.

So if anyone has any input on the listed mice it would be much appreciated.

Thanks to any and all who may be able to point me in the right direction.

You killed your sensei? I guess the student has surpassed the master.... hehe....

Well apparently the DREAM MACHINE 1 PRO is similar to the sensei in shape and probably what you're looking for..... idk if they ship to your region but check out the dream machine posts

The rival 100 seems pretty nice but I don't know a whole lot about mouses, until recently buying a g302 I mostly used $5 kmart mouses. I really like using the g302 as well so if the g402 is anything like it i'd personally recommend that.

The Rival 100 has a shape similar to the Sensei, just a bit narrower and feels slightly smaller. Not the best for large hands but it could work with your grip.

You might prefer a heavier mouse though.

Haha! gold biggrin.gif

I looked into them and they look pretty darn nice but am unable to find them shipped for a decent price, thanks a lot for the suggestion though.

Yeah the being smaller part worries me though as I already taped additional cardboard to me sensei to make it fit my hand better, any smaller may just be too small.

I guess if nothing else really jumps out at me I will probably get it, will have another look around tonight and see where I end up.

Thanks guys.

I just found a review of the Corsair sabre RGB on techspot saying "Body design could be too wide for some hands" which sounds perfect to me, though looking at the dimensions its not too much wider than others on offer.
But definitely peaked my interest.

I had the laser version of Sabre. I don't have huge hands (18cm) and didn't think that the mouse was that "wide" . They probably make it sound like that, cause of the wings. It felt really nice in hand though. Just took sometime (1-2 days) to get used to the right wing as I never had any mouse with that kind of wings.

Here's a video review by Rocket Jump Ninja on Sabre https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6seC_8dyG14

That was a super handy video, all of his stuff was in fact.

Now in the last couple of days of research I have found nothing but hate for laser sensors in mice...
And how THIS sensor is better than THAT sensor... while others say the exact opposite about the same two sensors...
I'm starting to think I'm putting too much effort into trying to decide lol

I'm still no closer to deciding lol
Most of the mice I am currently considering have either:
A3090
A3050
A9800
S9500
AM010

Could one of you resident mouse gurus please rank them from best to worst doesn't need to be perfect, I just need some form of eliminating a mouse or two lol

Its not complicated. the 3 best sensors goes: 3360>>>>>>>3988>3310. Any 3 of them will be good
