Graphic card or monitor down?

Hi All:

Attached the screenshot of my PC monitor. The right side of the screen seems to fade off. This happen right from boot up. Even if i just power on the monitor, the right side of the screen show the color fade also. Can i safely say it is monitor spoilt instead of graphic card?

Almost certainly the monitor. But I have seen dead GPUs give off strange artifacts. If you are still using SLI, plug the monitor into the second GPU and see if it still does it.
