You'd use racing slicks which are specially designed soft tires if you were going to do top speed runs, you would not use your everyday tires unless you wanted to die.

To take the production car record, the car has to be as it is when it rolls off the line. Putting a non road car tire on it would invalidate any speed claims as far as official records.

They tested a GTR @ 250KM and tires lasted 10 KM or something close to that.

It is just ugly, sorry, but I am not in their target group, am I?

The headlights are interesting, but they look more like a tribute to an Alfa Romeo Sprint Zagato than any Bugatti...the rest is just a face-lifted Veyron...pretty meh in my eyes.

Since no street is big enough to contain a car that powerful, will it be a 1/10 as fun to drive as other blazingly fast yet much cheaper supers? Cause Veyron surely never was that.
i.e. does it just look or also drives like an un-orgasmic trophy wife?

Correct, everything is correct. Your average sports car will probably be a lot more fun to drive.
