Could someone recommend me an ambidextrous mouse under $80?

I'm left handed, currently am using a Steelseries Kana, it's not the greatest, the mouse doesn't even track well past its 800dpi setting even though the max is at 3200dpi. Never thought to get a new mouse until recently, but could someone recommend me one in this price range? I use a mix of claw, fingertip grip, never really palm the mouse, thanks.

Dream Machines: DM1
EVGA: X5
Finalmouse: Tournament Pro
Logitech: G303, G100s
Mionix: Avior 7000
Zowie: FK1/FK2

Those are a good starting point. I'd say research them yourself and see what suits you best. Order multiple ones and return the ones you don't like, if possible. There are actually a pretty good amount of worthy ambi mice out now, as long as you aren't looking for the absolute pinnacle of sensor performance (among other things).

Could try Zowie's ZA11/ZA12/ZA13 as well, it's a bit taller than the FK series.

Thanks, the ZA12 is looking close to my current mouse, which I like the shape of, I just want better performance than my current mouse and the ZA12 probably provides it. Gotta look more into it.

edit: dang, maybe I'm just used to the convenience, but having the DPI switcher at the top of my mouse is something I use frequently since I use 800 for games and 3200 for desktop to be able to glide around it faster(or using it in game menus), and all the Zowies(while looking attractive) have the dpi switcher underneath the mouse, that's kinda awkward..

I can change the DPI with one hand, just flip the mouse, click the button with thumb...profit.

From my experience, ZA is nowhere near as good as the Kana shape for me. Doesn't curve enough inwards in the middle.

Maybe you just need Kana v2?

Rival 100

I really don't recommend you to buy za12 or fk2, i mean sure they look good on picture but they are seriously thin mice for their size. Unless maybe you have pure hard claw. If you play csgo and do mostly flickshots it might feel fine, but if you need to track targets/ fast dodging enemies in other games it's usable at best.

There will be some people after me claiming that 'oh I don't have any problems, or it is subjective', make no mistake that they will, but it just isn't wide enough (za12 is better) but fk2 and za13 are basically a joke in terms of providing a good universal grip for well-rounded aiming (not just awp shots, which is maybe 20% of the overall type of aiming that you really need).

It also depends on your hand size, my hand size is 19 cm. i find Kana / rival 100 to just provide enough width fod good performance, whereas za13/fk2 are just cringeworthy. If your hands are around 17 cm then you might be better off with them.
In that case you must be like 165 cm tall or asian. Or a midget.
