Is Averix DDR4 any good?

Hi, because I want the case looks awesome inside, I look for nice ram. Black will suit fine, but white modules are nicer. But they are not there. Kingston had some nice DDR3 white modules tho...
GEIL got one, but is a bit expensive to me, they are 3000Mhz. Now I see Averix got the most awesome modules, with the leds. But are they good? And can they support a overclocked i7 6700K?
Averix are great. I'd definitely recommend them. And they're 100% compatible with an overclocked i7 6700k.

"Averix" ?? You mean AVEXIR ?
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
What is more disturbing is that both of you can't properly spell the name of that RAM brand. That implies on incompetence.

Behave. Yes it is Avexir. It doesn't imply incompetence, it implies that I genuinely forgot the spelling, and I didn't think twice about correcting him, because it is never cool to correct the OP when he just wants a simple answer. Anyway, it isn't a popular brand here in the UK, so I don't exactly see it often enough to warrant storing its spelling in my memory banks. Which on this occasion, evidently, has become volatile.

I have worked with a fair few systems on Avexir RAM, mainly picked due to their LED's and flashy design. Their manufacturing processes has always been with "gaming" in mind, or so they say. Advanced heat spreaders etc... The DDR4 sets I am yet to have a play with. But I managed to get an i5 2500k to 4.8ghz with 4x2gb of Avexir 2133mhz RAM

@ OP, check out their website just click "gallery" to see the colour range they do.

Thanks a lot! Sounds great. If they got DDR4 with white leds.. and are available in EU, I will get those. thumb.gif

The supplier here in the UK is Overclockers.

This is the white kit here

Or if you really dig white LED's and have the spare cash... Go for the Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM, has white LED's on the custom heat spreader, with a lovely metal finish. Check out my build log for pictures.

That's even more awesome! € 102,- is fine. It's a bit more then the usual kits. Like CL15 / 2666Mhz cost around € 85,-, but the leds / looks will fix that issue.

Yeah, they look great with the Corsair AIO's too. Have a look through some of these pictures. The logo looks awesome in the dark.

If you are daring enough you can paint any ram you want white. Especially Corsair Dominator, the top metal bar comes off and you can paint just that piece, you can also get lightbar upgrades that show more white light.

That might be the blue light bar, there is a white as well (the led color).

Here is a pic of someone that painted the top bar and dyed the light bar red,
