My experience with EK and PPC in a nutshell. Now this is my personal experience. Obvious alot have had great experiences, (ive heard horror stories with PPC been a long time customer with them from my buisness) If your a new customer Id look to some other places first my first time with aquatuning and aquacomputer and Fenske and Sven has been overwhelmingly amazing. Ill take fault when i know Ive done something wrong, i bought a EKWB block recently nickle/plexi and it cracked, didn't go blaming them, went to go buy a new top, 2 of them actually not once asking for an RMA or telling them it was their fault, i over tightened it like a donut, THAT was a user error. If you go look at my thread about buildup in my res on my very first personal water cooling rig (done many for others) IM VERY CAREFUL about laying blame on others products
^did turn out to be user error in a way, i shouldve flushed their radiator regardless of the fact that they say they flush them prior to packaging because they dont flush them very well, so their coolant is solid as a rock as for all i know.
So when i say i know i didnt do anything wrong, ive ruled out ive done absolutely nothing wrong in every way possible. So you know im not flinging mud...but enough is enough, this isn't mud this is an honestly bad experience with EKWB and PPC.
EDIT: I do want to acknowledge in my message to PPC about my first shattered res they sent me that i told them i totally thought it could have been Fedex's fault, in fact it most likely was because FedEx is terrible in my area and i paid for insurance on the shipping. However they never responded to it, and never fixed the situation. But this is more so about the second res situation in how PPC and EKWB are collaborating in not RMAing the second res deeming it my fault ON TOP of everything else being the final straw.
Edited again: For the fairness of PPC as they do MANY things right among the few things they could do much better I'm going to reiterate that i believe the problem of the first res is a fault of shipping, and had no tampering or mishandling in the packaging/handling process on PPCS end, i am purely disappointed in their failure to even respond to an insured delivery, and then have this happen.
